Pha Taem Ubon Ratchathani

When in Ubon Ratchathani, it is essential to visit Pha Taem. Here you will be able to see spectacular waterfalls and visit the Thai/Laos border.
Location
Pha Taem is located in Amphoe Khong Chiam, Amphoe Si Muang Mai and Amphoe Pho Sai in the Ubon Ratchathani Province. The National Park Office is in Amphoe Khong Chiam.

Pha Taem: Pha Taem is a majestic cliff, housing paintings that date 3,000-4,000 years old.
Pha Chek and Pha Moei: Pha Chek and Pha Moei also have paintings, but fewer than Pha Taem.

How to Get There
From Ubon Ratchatani, take Highway 217 to Khong Chiam. Drive for sixty kilometers until you reach the Khong Chiam-Khemmarat Road. Turn here and continue on for fifteen kilometers until you reach the National Park Office. The total distance from Ubon Rachatani is eighty kilometers.
